Ok so I know that pretty much any lights on the OUTSIDE of your car is illegal but what about the inside? Is there ANYTHING I can do with lights to make my car more unique?? I just want to have an original car… but so far NY is making it very difficult.

I don’t want to lose too much money, but I want someone to actually buy it. What to you think would be fair?
